This original beach side apartment was in need of a major spruce up. Together with the owner, who is also an architect, we executed a cost efficient renovation, centred around a beautiful new bathroom. We redesigned the bathroom to include a tub by repositioning the vanity to the opposite side of the bathroom. Using a floating basin and the same floor and wall tiles, we kept the feeling of openness throughout. The reminder of the renovation included new flooring, new ceilings where needed, lighting, painting and a beautiful stone overlay to the kitchen benchtop.
